To Our Customers and Partners,

As the situation involving the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues to evolve, we want to let you know that PLC Multipoint is open and prepared to support all your lighting control needs.

We have initiated conversations with our critical suppliers to ensure that material is on hand. We have taken the additional precaution to boost our inventory levels to maintain a 6-month fulfillment pipeline.

To protect the health and safety of our employees and customers, we are now executing our business continuity plan. All management, sales, and administrative staff are equipped with the technology to work remotely, and remain fully available. We also have staff and production personnel in the factory, working to fulfill orders while maintaining strict protocol to keep themselves and their shipments safe.

Together, we will get through this. Rest assured PLC Multipoint is right here, working for you. Your calls and e-mails will be answered, your orders will be delivered, and we will continue to support our customers with the same high standard of service we have provided for the past 29 years.
